I dont think TEG will want to walk away from the sale, unless they have another major looking over their shoulder?
I think there is a 20 mill $ clean up fund that has to be paid to NOPTA if Cliff Head does not convert to CCS.
TEG and PGY dont want to pay this.
The TEG vendor CN payable to PGY is interesting?
