Could you explain how we are not in compliance with listing rule 17.2? Surely if ASX did not consider the request to be in compliance, it would not have granted the request to suspend?
Also, not sure I follow this: "So can assume if we don't raise cash we are in a bit of strife along with the non compliance for the Arena grant". I agree with the first part, but can you clarify what you mean by "non compliance for the Arena grant"?
