RE: VOLUNTARY TRADING SUSPENSION REQUEST
Greenland Minerals and Energy Limited (ASX:GGG) (“Company”) requests the
current trading halt be extend into a voluntary trading suspension. The following
information is provided in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2:
? The Company expects to make an announcement prior to the commencement
of trading on 10 June 2014 (“Suspension Termination Date”), therefore the
Company requests an extension until the Suspension Termination Date.
? The voluntary trading suspension is requested while the Company works on
finalising a capital raising.
? The Company expects the voluntary trading suspension will cease by the
making of an announcement regarding the capital raising on or before the
Suspension Termination Date.
? The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary trading
suspension should not be granted.
