can someone check these figures.
15mill$$ at 2cents share = 750million shares
bcd has currently 420 mill shares on issue
total =750+420 =1170
750/1170*100= 64%
so mak will own 64% of bcd for 15mill.
bcd market cp was 63 mill
64% of 63 mill = 40mill
so mak have just purchase 40mill worth of bcd for 15mill.
+maybe mak's tin assets not sure of details
