Those figures sound right HotRods, if the full $15m is needed. The initial loan for $8m to cover the payout of the debt to BDG will probably be the bare minimum to rescue BCD.
The final figure will no doubt be closer to the $15m, and the ann states that MAK will end up with controlling interest in BCD, so I'd go with your figures HotRods.
A cheap buy into a gold miner. Could be very very good considering how gold ids performing.
