BCD (formerly the infamous Beaconsfield) lost money producing gold at record prices last year. It's an interesting move, one would hope MAK are better judges of the quality of BCD's gold assets than Bendigo Mining. It could be steal of the year or it could be an example of a fool and their money. Good luck to holders.
