To me it is almost a sign of desperation especially in acquiring a gold mining company which has a mine that collapsed 3 years ago.
It's one that I personally would have steered clear of and maybe that is why BCD Resoources almost went broke?
I like the phosphate business long term though but trying to get into the gold business as well??
