still, i wonder if it has anything to do with trying to dispose of the UCL director (announcement the other day). i.e. recommend takeover or else you're gone!
the ann wording says "interest" not "increased interest", but maybe that is just because it would be too obvious..
UCL not in a trading halt, so who knows..
I'm sure Dean has a feasible grand plan...maybe...i hope.
