Could not agree more CB!
Have seen this action on several big Coal Seam Gas Company maneuvers in QLD
The likes of CP take a strategic stake then hold for 6 to 12 months to let the company progress with the funds on hand and if successful as I believe that CTP will be from the 3D Siesmic results alone will then make a serious move on the company.. Sadly for us long term holders the take out price is only likely to be say double the current price not the ten fold we may have expected... I hope I am wrong but either way a 100% pick up from todays price is not to be sneezed at!!
BUT then again a rival bid could heat things up to at least three times current price..
That why I will hang in for a long time yet.. despite current board disruptions...IMO bought on by themselves!!!
