There isn't a lot of options out there. We are at 0.002, and recently at 0.003. There is no scope left to raise capital, and we've already got two cornerstone investors at 17% each. There is literally no where else for BLR to turn except this offer.
George Glasnier has been involved with BLR for several years, and recently aquired rights to the Pinon Ridge Mill among other things. From all I've heard he's a smart guy and knows what he's doing.
The offer, imo, could be A LOT worse. Or worse yet we could just go broke.
I understand tydec, most people here will be underwater but at this point we take what we can get. And to be fair the price has been around the 0.004 mark for a long time and we've all had an opportunity to average down.
