The strategic relationship with RBR and TON is very much on foot from what I have read although it would still be early days as TON has just come out of VA. SYR are achieving more on the ground in MOZ so I would consider this relationship to be more significant for RBR at present.

Mozambique has proved a boon for many Aussie companies over the years including RIV, SYR, TON & MTA just to name a few. The billions in LNG dollars flowing into Mozambique will also be a great boost for the country and the major interests (ENI and Anardarko) are close to achieving FID.
RBR are building a presence in Mozambique which should not be underestimated - suggest you read the RBR Annual Report and announcements over the past 12 months to get a picture of what they are achieving. The recent placement to Bell Potter clients at $0.008 is a good sign they are moving in the right direction.
