Challenger Gold Mine
Updated Resource of 838kt at 9.76g/t announced on 25 October 2016.

Yet the ore offered to the mill was closer to 1g/t - churning money as aisc was close to gold price.

At the same time:

u/g mining FY 2017 above 215 shear
“Processing capacity is now the bottleneck in the system"

It's now mid 2018, and the company has still not announced the mill has been repaired and rerated to 800k tpa.
