Consolidation?!? TELL ME YOU ARE JOKING!!! EVERY consolidation by a company that has not been able to put themselves on a production track has proven to simply result in exponential diminishing of SH's investment.

Simply put, start with 1mil shares at 0.5c ($5k, your initial capital), consolidate 50 shars into one, results in 20k @ 25c. Incompetent management continues. SP drops back to 0.5c and you end up with $100 total value of your investment. Repeat consolidation you end up wit $2.

If you think the above is not the case look at FPL. They have done it multiple times (each time to help with CR) and after sone time the SP is BACK to the bottom each time. Don't be fooled by the spike in their SP chart as they are when consolidation took place .... VERY DECEIVING.
