Equals 362.5M shares that can/could be used as funding for an acquisition
I agree with the bundled announcement - lets get the nice new juicy toy out in the market before we tell the shareholders ohhhh, and look at this a 249D ......
Strategic review must mean how do we keep our lifestyle alive - yes the shareholders need something new
