Regardless of a trading halt, the company must notify the market of the 249D, 2 days after receiving it (confirmed by ASX listing officer) although the company representative indicated they had to do it tomorrow (being last night when it was confirmed)
They have been reactionary since they were given the "soft hug" ... remember they were made aware
