Admin error - nothing exciting at all
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, NVU provides the following information:
• the Trading Halt is requested to allow the Company to seek clarification and make an announcement regarding its compliance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) regarding the Company’s potential inadvertent error to lodge a cleansing notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporation Act in relation to the issue of 58,500,000 Shares on 15 December 2022;
