Hi Basileus, I respect your views and your knowledge. However, I'm not suggesting that the ASX advocates for shareholders. They do, however, look for fair-dealing in the market, and in ASX-related matters most companies generally do try to tailor deals and announcements in such a way as to avoid actual or inferred unfair treatment of, or disadvantage to, shareholders.

As for one's opinion of QBL's or any company's management, that is a subjective issue which we each approach based on our knowledge of their performance, and generally viewed to some degree in comparison with our view of the performance of management in other companies with which we have had dealings.
