Agree Mike - and when they (ASX) discover compliance issues that threaten the good order of the market it is off to ASIC and the Corporations Act (2001). That's the point I am making. The ASX has limited jurisdiction.
I wonder why QBL are in protracted discussion with the ASX? Is it a disclosure or listing rules issues. Fact is, it can't be much more than that because of their jurisdiction. It pays to ask questions.
