In view of the fact that Canada's THC Biomed announced on 24 April that it had signed a definitive agreement with BHC to acquire 51% of BHC, and there appears to be no further anns from THC Biomed to contradict that statement, it appears unlikely that QBL could acquire BHC without first acquiring THC Biomed, which appears even more unlikely.

Surprising things do happen, and along with so many others, I'm waiting to be very pleasantly surprised by the much-anticipated announcement.
