Yes,of course,but its no reason for a suspension.
The announcement was made on the blocks been awarded and we should be trading....
If there is a potential acquisition and /or cap raising is no reason to suspend,a halt is sufficient when they are ready to announce outcomes not potential, if every company suspended on potential no company would trade..
Bevan has a history with suspension, it seems to be his go to play...
Suspensions should be for inactivity and dodgy shit,does not apply here...if it was from the ASX wouldnt it be enforced and not voluntary????
