I think what Rick's getting at is that the reason for the hold up, is more than likely from the ASX's point of view and not ANA.
Obviously if this transaction has anything to do with Hartshead, then there's obviously a cross over with directors here. Understandably the ASX would want to go over this with a fine tooth comb.

Well, that's what Rick was getting at. The ASX is absolutely snowed under with reduced staff etc and my understanding is, everything down there has been pushed back by at least 6 weeks.
