Request for Voluntary Suspension
Tigers Realm Coal Limited (TIG) is currently in a Trading Halt pending the outcome of an Application lodged by Dr Bruce Gray for Interim Orders to the Takeovers Panel. Refer details contained in our Request for Trading Halt announcement on 18 December 2013.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2 we request ASX to suspend our ordinary shares from trading from 10am Friday 20 December 2013. In support of this request we advise:
the suspension is sought because the Application is still being considered by the Takeovers Panel and we await their deliberations
we expect the suspension to last ten business days; we will update the market as appropriate
the additional time should enable the Company to receive and consider the implications arising from the decision of the Takeovers Panel
we are not aware of any reason why our ordinary shares should not be suspended
