Not a surprise. We could not realistically have expected an immediate reply from the Takeovers Board, regardless of how frivolous the claim may be. Disappointed with the tardiness of the process however - 10 working days seems like a long time, even for the mandarins and apparaticks in a quasi-government bureaucracy like the Takeover Panel. And it equates to almost 3 weeks at this time of year in Australia! Still, happy to wait for the right outcome.
