The T.H. was called re "the status" of the PASE project. The suspension is for "funding arrangement", which, frankly, I far prefer.
They have done a CR, so, one would suspect (hope for) maybe a cornerstone investor, or, a J/V partner.
Soon see, but, nothing will surprise me.
