Dear Fellow Shareholders,

In my previous post last week, I briefly mentioned the regulatory process involved for clearance from regulatory authorities. We are talking US $10M and it will take time. I also mentioned from 14th Dec, things will be slow for few weeks. I firmly believe the transaction is going through the normal process of approval. GMC would have disclosed to the market if thing were to the contrary; ie Pak Marthen pulling out of the deal. Strange things happen and lets wait and see, but based on the information we have available (ANN), I think this will be good for holders. We need to hope for the best because we have invested for the best and not the worst.
