"Hi All,
Spoke to the the CFO of Gulf and the reason for the suspension is that there is a slight delay to Pak's $10M of funds.
I specifically asked him what Pak's reasons to the delay were and was told that whilst these were confidential they have assurances that Pak still has the ability to fund his $10M investment.
In terms of timing, it will occur no later than 27th December (hence the date in the suspension notice) but could be as early as this week.
My read of this is that Pak is probably closing off a transaction himself, the funds of which will be utilised to buy into GMC
