REQUEST FOR SUSPENSION – G MEDICAL INNOVATIONS HOLDINGS LTD (ASX:GMV)
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company hereby requests that its securities be placed into an immediate suspension pending an announcement in relation to the Company executing two binding MOU’s for distribution of G Medical Devices in both India and Taiwan.
The Company requests that trading in its securities be suspended until such time as the Company is able to finalise its announcement.
The Company is not aware of any reason why this suspension request should not be granted.
