what a Voluntary Suspension does is clear out all buys and sells.
My 25+ years of investing has told me that when the announcement is strong this is desirable as it allows the share price to move up quickly without being bogged down by sales orders placed by holders who are not watching the screen at all times. It also works in the reverse. If the announcement is poor, the share price can go into free fall.
Personally I am predicting a strong announcement and an immediate surge in the share price.
