good discussion, my feeling is that Alceon will need to kick the tin and allow holders to get full NTA and they can keep the shell.

normally in a wind up holders get most of the cash and then a bit more later when delisting finalized. if Alceon get the shell we need all of the cash up front, that would be a fair deal imo.

based on my experience if Alceon raise capital, and take fees, MXQ would trade at a discount, and we would need to see their pay out structure on income and see their management fee structure before deciding on investing with them.
