Not to keen myself. Looks to me like they are trying to get hold of the shell for free.
A better proposal would be the return of the remaining capital first and if a proposal to recapitalise is accepted the trust could continue.
The is ample tax losses that would be available if the structure is used for the same purpose.
I have faith in the trust company giving us a clear picture of the position and hope they can go ahead with the return of capital before any recap goes ahead
