So McLeland is from Resimac (Somers). So looks like a fight between the major shareholders. Maybe it's Somers vs. Forager + these new guys. I suspect Somers is trying to keep TGA a going concern, while Forage and new guys want to sell off the pieces and return the money.

Shame none of them are bothered to let us retail shareholders know what is happening.
