If you have a look at the notices it shows an interesting story. It would appear that Fredericks (turfed out late last year) has been rallying the troops to overthrow the board and find himself a way back in.
They have called for a special general meeting for that purpose. They have a consortium with about 13% of the voting power, which is formed JUST for this purpose and for no other. That is, they only exist to toss out the current board and undoubtedly seek to reinstate Fredericks, who no doubt feels hard done by given the events of late last year.
I don't know what the outcome will be, but these type of infights and backstabbings are rarely good short term.
