As a S708 I would normally know the CR terms and conditions during a TH, I havent asked or dug any deeper to find out but through my existing sources via emails from brokers there is nothing regarding the raise.

I think overall, the 90% sub holders in control of ACB will make a move to maximise their U asset.

My take on all this @Quanta is... when a knowledgeable 'heart' like yourself posts on here and no one responds within 48 hrs, well that makes me think...

I am not that happy bout the CR at 6.5 cents but our SP did increase quickly. I will hold and hope things work out well. Some one pushed the SP up hard just before the TH and that is enough for me to wait and see and not just jump out.. GLTAH!!
