    The question is will the recapitalisation be an event involving mainly newcomers to Troy or "insiders", i.e. shareholders and creditors?
    A share as fraction of the business will not change until April. But a US-Dollar claim might due to what will happen in Jan. and Feb.
    I think it is completely unreasonable to expect newcomers to provide capital with still unresolved issues with current creditors.
