I’m prepared to give Aura the benefit of the doubt on this one. I suspect that there maybe 1 or more other
part(ies) involved. Consider if Aura had agreement with these counterparties, asked for a Trading Halt, then once a draft agreement was presented to these counter parties then they (or their lawyers) said No and wanted to back track.
Happened to me with lawyers wanting different wording and obtaining extra fees from the other party. The deal didn’t change - just the wording…
