can we have a status update on:

1. the expected trial date for the Mt Mulligan dispute. MNM's lawyers should be able to provide an estimate by contacting the Court listing officer, or even better, instruct your lawyers to ask the listing officer to give us a trial date asap;

2. the steps that remain to be taken for exergen and MNM to make a final decision on the BM JV;

3. the likely drilling program at GC.

with many shareholders having subscribed funds on the recent CR for these purposes it would be nice to know how these things are looking.
