If Peter Reeve has any sense of responsibility to the shareholders, any desire to see growth in shareholder value and a realization of Aura's potential he would acknowledge what a poor job he has done along with the current BoD, and step aside [along with the current BoD] and allow another management team and BoD to come in and attempt to revive the dying stock.
I'm suspect these HC messages are monitored by Peter, so 'Please Peter, do the right thing and walk away. It doesn't get better from here for us or for you, if you stay.'
