UPDATE
The notice to remove has served a useful purposed. Steps are being taken to look at 'succession issues' and to inject additional eyes on the board of the company to ensure proper regard to shareholder interests. As we all know an improvement in transparency is required and new blood is required if APG is to have a future.
The notice is in suspension. It will be reactivated if discussions with directors fail to produce an acceptable business plan going forward.
