A concerning development. With Brasidas clearly on board given previous notice this is almost a certainty with 40% of vote. Expect John will retire and this will not go to a vote.
What does this mean? Feels like the 40% will ultimately take more control ahead of a takeover. Share price falling back is the perfect scenario. Feels like they have a chance of gaining control at or below the last offer - a frustrating world unless the share price recovers on back of a stronger Dec quarter and improved dividends.....not happy but all legitimately legal.....
