Yep. This is the first signal that TER want to take over UNV and they're willing to play dirty. Can't blame em.
On the positive side it reaffirms my position that UNV is underpriced. I saw similar things with FND and it was stolen from shareholders by the corporate pigs. So there's no guarantee the SP will ever meet my expectations.
I'd probably vote yes to 32c.
