As a shareholder I'm intrigued by this, in the current economic climate there is a vast number of companies that have average assets and no clear path for developing an income stream down the track, SMD have cut ties with Cerro to distance themselves from a project that has seen a lot of previous capital raising spent on it. They have embarked on a well thought out exploration plan that has identified numerous Barbara style targets, and are just about to sign up with a company that has the backing of a major. The current team isn't building a land holding with a plan to package and sell to line their own pockets , unlike the current guys put in quite a bit of chaff, if it gets to the vote don't let the other guys back in otherwise you might find that in a year or two you won't have a company at all
