Unless I know what the plan is, I will stick with 'the devil I know'.
I don't think anyone could be worse than what we have been dealt up so far...
Share price going down, down, down and down again after the Sophs flog their cheapies off...
Directors taking over the top fees for their performance levels!!!
Management that refuse to recognise the complaints and concerns of their shareholders!!!
Projects that are going no where!!!
I'm voting NO,NO, to their Resolutions 1 & 2 and I hope that all other shareholders do the same, the Directors need to be called to account for their dismal performance and by voting NO, they will not be happy, nor will their friends, the Sophisticated Investors when they don't get their free options!!!
