    re: Ann: Requisition for Shareholders Meeting... Firstly, Ted ellyard yes is an advisor of peak oil but you failed to point out he has seeded capital in this company.

    2nd is that Any logical shareholder can not be defending the board. It did not need to get to this they could have stayed at 15c and at least done something.
