The way I see it the lack of action by these directors is typical of too many companies.

They have made their millions in the past, given themselves extremely generous renumeration packages with perks and sit back with their $1000 / day income knowing that poor or no performance resulting in dropping share prices can be fobbed off on the current financial or political climate or because its someone else's delays.

I have attended 2 GM's and each time was stunned at the arrogance and indifference displayed by these peolple. (especially TE)
I have also watched my 30c/sh purchase drop to todays dismal level

There is little accoutability by too many directors who are happy to milk their 'Public' (not private) companies with sweet FA in return.

I applaud this action and I hope it gives these apathetic deadwood directors the message they need to hear.
