they do not own CUE - we shareholders do.

we non-NZOG hold the majority of CUE so how can a minority shareholder logically demand to control the Board?

As NZOG propose, CUE will end up with 4 directors - 3 of whom were nominated by NZOG.

And no doubt, NZOG nominees will appoint the Chairman.

exactly WHO will represent the interests of the non-NZOG shareholders, when NZOG has control of the board?

In the interests of shareholders of CUE, and in the interests of CUE, the current directors of CUE need to fight this Requisition tooth and nail.
