Not surprised.
Poor corporate governance - as expected - someone needs to walk though I'm slightly surprised at the 4 independants.. but i guess given its poor corporate governance, their heads needs to be rolled.

Could see a bit of warring factions in the 1st board meeting.... and shake up management down the track if this requisition is successful.

This will definitely be in line with shareholder interests if it gets up.
