Honestly, didn't everyone here expect some sacking/s as a result of the announcement and subsequent drop in the SP in December?

Reading over their last announcements and reports, the board were always positive about the business but never set revenue numbers for FY17. The results have been flat so no continuous dislosure was required.

I don't think a class action would be successful in the case. Lawyers are just trying to make money from the situation.
