I agree with what you say. Especially the agm shenanigans. I just don't know the full story and don't have a lot of faith in the directors that got us to the near death experience that was narrowly avoided. The whole diasource purchase, financing, handling and hands off mgt of was done by the board that instigated the purchase.

First Cape bitterness must also involved in garnering numbers. Do you trust RM to do the right thing? Anyone motivated by bitterness cannot be trusted.

Also MS got friends and family into ado big time and they are sitting on a big loss. Who does he blame for his big predictions of smiling and waving. So their numbers are also being used to pull this meeting together.

I do not think this is a bad outcome to clear the board of division. Just not sure what we will be left with are capable of pulling off commercial deals.

Happy that JM and new ceo have traction with battery tech and being further verified by a 3rd party as i do not believe much of what any of the board say to have much truth. Look at track record over the last 6-8 years.
