A good battery or POC deal has the potential to blow the ADO doors wide open if the share loan is still live , I suspect the loan is repayable within 3 years to get the shares back upon the loan re payment , so IF FC come up with the money for re payment or the share price rises above say 1oc ? it may be in the lenders best interest to buy back the shares they sold on market to give back to FC on settlement , the non disclosure of any share sale by FC indicates to me the Lender under ASX rules is still seen to be holding FC's shares ? probably how they get away with it ? hundreds of millions of shares changed hands on just the 1st Polarus announcement , some one is getting touchy touchy nervous about ADO's share price ? looks about 120 million shares short ,
