No director or any of their related parties have been included in the above counts." Well this pretty well ensures that the resolution 6 will be supported well above the 75%. I've written to JK asking his opinion. I'm hoping he or the Co. Sec will release a transition plan along with opinions on the probabilities of listing elsewhere. I don't want the Co. to delist without a probable new trading exchange that doesn't involve too many difficulties and costs for holders to access. cheers Scott.

I spoke to him earlier via email ... he can count on my people voting for 6 & 7 .. can commit to 76% of our holding .. not sure how we vote the ones held in our QSuper
